Order Cancellations

All of our products are highly customized and made to order. Once production has started, we will usually not be able to cancel your order. However, please get in touch with us, and we will see what we can do for you. Here are the best ways to reach us.

Product Returns

If you are not completely thrilled with your custom product, then we will work with you to make it right with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We stand behind all of our products, with an unlimited guarantee against any manufactured defects.

The first thing is to let us know, so we can start working the issue. We will discuss options which may include; returning the product for repair, replacing the product, or refunding your payment.

If a product is to be returned to us, we will pay the cost to return the shipment. We will email you a USPS or UPS return label within 48 hours, and you will be able to reuse the same packaging. Then just drop off the package at your nearest post office, or UPS drop off location.

Product Refunds

If a partial or full refund is warranted, we will normally issue the refund to the same payment method. There are some cases when that option is not available, and we will mail you a check for the refund amount. We will process your refund within 48 hours, and it normally takes another 48-72 hours for your provider to credit the funds back to your account.

Product Exchanges

Sometimes the best option will be to exchange your order. This could happen if you ordered the wrong product, and we have the product you want in stock. Just let us know, and we will work together to iron out the details.
