• Single zaps: 4 inches tall or wide (whichever dimension is larger), ideal for individual distribution.
• Zap collage sheets: 5" × 8" sheets that include multiple designs in one order—popular for squadron and unit use.

Zap collage sheets allow squadrons to include multiple designs, sizes, and quantities on a single 5" × 8" sheet. As long as your artwork fits the layout, we can print it with no setup charges. This option is ideal for aircraft crews or units that want to distribute a variety of designs while keeping costs efficient.

Our standard material is opaque white premium vinyl, die cut to your design. For specialized applications, we also offer clear vinyl options, with adhesive applied to either the front or back depending on your needs. These are commonly requested for specific display or mounting requirements.

Yes. All of our aviation stickers are printed in full-color, photo-quality resolution at no extra cost. This makes them perfect for detailed artwork, gradients, and photographic images, while maintaining consistent color accuracy and sharpness.

The minimum order is 250 single zaps or 250 collage sheets. This quantity allows us to maintain consistent quality, efficient production, and competitive pricing for squadron-level orders.

Yes. We offer volume-based pricing for both single zaps and collage sheets. Bulk discounts make our custom zap stickers a cost-effective solution for squadrons ordering in larger quantities.

Vector files such as .AI or .EPS are preferred for the sharpest results. High-resolution JPG or PNG files (300 dpi) also print well. If you’re unsure, don’t worry—we can work with most common file types and make adjustments as needed.

Zap stickers apply easily using a peel-and-stick process on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces. To keep them looking their best, simply wipe them with a damp cloth and avoid petroleum-based cleaners.
