Squadron Shirts how it works

1. TAKEOFF

Our Customer Care Team will be reviewing your request and will reach out shortly to confirm details.

  • Expect a phone call within the next few minutes.
  • If you’re unavailable, we’ll leave a voicemail and follow up via SMS and email.
  • Once details are confirmed, your project is handed off to one of our Expert Designers.

Don’t worry if your idea is rough - sketches, inspiration images, and dimensions are all welcome.

2. Custom Quotation & Mockup Creation
24 - 48 Hours

You’ll receive a personalized quotation, and your mockup process will officially start. Once you review the screen print setup charges and shirt pricing, we will proceed to create your dream design.

3. production
2 - 4 Weeks

After receiving payment, we will get started. The production timeline for your custom t-shirts will be 3-4 weeks for new orders and about 2-3 weeks for reorders.

4. Shipped
3 - 5 Days

Once your custom squadron shirts are ready, they’ll be packed. We’ll email you the tracking number so you can follow the shipment. Shipping takes 3-5 days within the CONUS and 7-10 days for APO/FPO addresses.
