Will I be notified when my order has shipped?

Yes, we will notify you via email with a tracking number from USPS, FedEx, or UPS; so you can track the shipment all the way to your doorstep.

How long will it take to receive my purchase? Are any expedited shipping methods available?

The majority of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground; with a typical delivery time of 4-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available, give us a phone call, or send an email for a quote.

I live outside of the U.S.; will I be charged Customs, Duties or Value Added Taxes?

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and import taxes. Your country may impose separate taxes, duties, or VAT on your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to control or absorb these fees, which may be billed to you. These charges and any carrier collection fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us with any questions.

How do I track the status of my order?

We will provide an anticipated ship date for your order at the time of purchase. Orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail will have tracking numbers assigned, which we will email upon shipment. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and our knowledgeable Customer Service staff will be happy to help you with the status of your order.

Do you ship overseas?

You bet. We will ship to any international destination.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

I want to change the shipping address of my order. Can I do that?

Just email or call us with your order number and we will ensure your order is delivered to the correct destination. Splitting your shipment is also Ok, though additional charges may apply.
