Frequent Questions

You will receive the gift certificate code via email as soon as you complete your online purchase. That code is valid immediately. We’ll send you a first draft of your presentation certificate within 48 hours from placing your order. The timeline for the final version will depend on the additional revisions that you want to make.

Our certificates are usually 8.5” x 11” size, but they don’t have to be! Just send us your custom dimensions and we’ll make it happen!

Each certificate comes with a blank space to type in your and the recipient's name - just enough to add some nice personal touch. If you’re looking for something truly unique - that’s always possible, too! Send us over your ideas or let our design artist design and create your one-of-a-kind gift certificate for no additional cost. From custom colors and shapes, to photos and personal messages - the possibilities are endless!

We offer all-purpose gift certificates that can be used towards any product and dedicated gift certificates that are intended to cover for a given product. That’s why we have some certificates for airplane models, wall plaques, brieifing sticks, tail flashes and more. All gift certificate codes are interchangeable for any product using the dollar value of the gift certificate.

Our certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. That’s plenty of time to choose and fully customize your favorite one of a kind product!

Our gift certificates will cover the full value of your chosen item, so that no refunds are needed. Any unused amounts can be applied to the future purchase of another custom product and then you can complete the payment with your credit card or PayPal.
