Good question. Your design will look normal on an adult size shirt, but the imprint area will look larger on a youth sized garment. Our experience is that kids love the large designs anyway!

This is a one-time screen print setup charge which covers the cost of having your design burned onto a screen. The screen acts like a filter to allow each color of your design onto your garment. Our one-time screen print charges are only $25.00 per color for each imprint location.

The primary price drivers are the number of imprint locations and the number of colors of each imprinted design. More colors increase the labor and ink cost to print your shirt.

Absolutely! We have price breaks at 72 and 144 shirts, which can be any mix of sizes, colors, and styles.

When printing vibrant colors on black or dark garments it is often necessary to print a white under base first. This is because the dark shirts will show through the color of the inks, as compared to white or light color garments. A white under base is nothing more than a white spot color print in the shape of the artwork for which the color is intended. It is printed first to provide a base for the colored ink.

During production, your shirt is placed on a platen and each screen swings around over the shirt. A squeegee is pulled over that screen's ink color, which pushes the ink onto the shirt fabric. Then the next color screen is swung over the top of the shirt and the process is repeated.

You betcha! Here is the information about our PC61Y and PC54Y youth sized shirts.

Once we finalize your design, the production timeline for your custom shirts will be 4 weeks for initial designs and about 3 weeks for reorders. We will send you the tracking number via email, so you can monitor the shipment all the way to your door. Expect 3-5 days shipping transit time via UPS Ground in the CONUS and 7-10 days for APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.

Sorry, we do not have a rush production option for your shirt order.

We will accept a 50% down payment for order of more than 144 shirts with the balance due upon receipt.

One idea is to have us reduce your squadron emblem to a 1-color design for the front left chest and then we can create a unique full-color image for the back of the shirt. Or go with your color patch on the front with a custom 1 or 2 color design on the back.
