Yes. Once your custom aircraft replica is complete, we will email multiple high-resolution photos for your final approval. This allows you to review paint markings, insignia, tail numbers, proportions, and overall accuracy. After approval, a final protective lacquer coat is applied. Once this coating is added, changes can no longer be made.
Yes. Every custom mahogany airplane model includes a lifetime warranty against cracking, warping, yellowing, or fading. If any of these issues occur, we will repair or replace the model or refund your payment. We also repair or replace any damage that occurs during shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your custom aircraft model, we will work with you to make it right. Options include repairing the model, remaking the aircraft replica, or issuing a full refund. Our goal is to ensure every customer is confident and satisfied with their handcrafted airplane model.
