730 AMTS Altus AFB U.S. Air Force Custom Patches

The 730th Air Mobility Training Squadron (AFRC) is a subordinate unit to the 452nd Air Mobility Wing (March ARB, CA) operating C-17 and KC-135 aircraft at the world's only Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Formal Training Unit (FTU) hosted by the 97th Air Mobility Wing (AETC) Altus AFB, OK. Activated in 1943 during World War II, the 730th has performed a variety of missions - from bombardment to night photo and tactical reconnaissance; to troop carrier, tactical and military airlift in World War II, Korea, Vietnam and the Persian Gulf War.
