Most custom ID badge lanyards are made from durable polyester. This material is strong, comfortable to wear, and ideal for screen printing detailed artwork or lettering. Polyester also resists fading and holds up well in high-demand environments, such as the flight line and production floors.
A typical custom lanyard measures about 18 inches from the back of the neck to the clasp. Standard widths range from 3/4 inch to 1 inch, depending on the style and design preference. Many organizations choose a 3/4 inch width because it balances comfort with good visibility for printed logos and text.
Yes. Your printed custom lanyard will feature branding, logos, squadron patches, aircraft tail art, unit mottos, and any other graphics. Logos can appear alone or combined with text, such as squadron names or mission statements.

Yes, our minimum order quantity is 100 lanyards for new designs, and a reorder of only 50 lanyards. Larger quantities will reduce the unit cost of each lanyard.
Production time can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the size of the order. In most cases, your lanyards are produced about four weeks after artwork approval.
Yes. Many orders can be split into multiple lanyard colors while keeping the same design. This is helpful for large squadrons, training groups, or organizations that want different colors for roles, departments, or teams.
