Your 173rd FW T-Shirt features a 3.5" tall left front chest patch and a full back artwork back design. This is available in any sizes with a minimum order of 48 shirts.
Start the process of creating your own custom shirts by sending us an email to hello@aviatorgear.com or by Requesting a Custom Quote. Please include your ideas and any sketches. We will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the design of your custom squadron shirts with our free artwork services.
After we receive your ideas, we'll get to work on the draft artwork and mockups. The first draft of your design will take us 2-3 days. We will email you the artwork to get your feedback, and then go back and forth until your design is final and approved.
Once you're thrilled with your new design, we will prepare your custom quote for the screen print setup charges and shirt pricing. We have 100% cotton and dri-wick performance shirts in all colors, including the light sand color for wear under your uniform and flight suits. When you are ready; just send us the order details with shirt style, quantities, sizes, and colors.
Once we receive your order specifics, we will review and prepare your custom invoice with a breakdown of all charges and shipping cost.

After receiving payment, we will get started. The production timeline for your custom t-shirts will be 3 weeks for initial designs and about 2 weeks for reorders.
Once your custom squadron shirts are complete, they will be packed and shipped to you right away. We will send you the tracking number via email, so you can monitor the shipment all the way to your door. Expect 3-5 days shipping transit time in the CONUS and 7-10 days for APO/FPO addresses.
Artwork can be submitted or a concept can be shared. A custom mockup is created, with revisions made as needed before production.
Yes. Existing artwork, patches, coins, or ideas can be used. Designs can also be recreated or adjusted to be print-ready.
