##### How can I customize my keychain?

You can choose up to 8 thread colors and use any art or text on both sides. You can also use a different design on the front and on the back.

##### What’s the minimum order quantity?

***

We have a minimum new order quantity of 100 keychains, and you can reorder as few as 50. The minimum quantity for our keychains applies to each design. This is because each design requires a different digitized image that instructs the machine how to stitch.

##### How soon will I get my keychain?

Once we agree on the final design, production time is just 4 weeks!

##### What are the keychain dimensions?

***

Our keychains are 2" in diameter, but if you want to make them larger or smaller - let us know!

##### Will I get to approve my keychain?

***

Yes. Once your artwork is final, we will create a free sample chain and email a digital photo for your approval. The majority of our designs are approved via email. We are happy to mail the actual physical keychain sample to you for a sample charge of $50.00, which will take an additional 2 weeks to deliver to you.

##### Are there any additional fees?

No. We’ll take care of the artwork and setup charges for you!
