# 192 FW ANG Virginia Air National Guard U.S. Air Force Custom Patches

The 192d Fighter Wing (192 FW) is a unit of the Virginia Air National Guard, stationed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. As one of the National Guard components of Virginia, the 192 FW augments the active-duty Air Force components in the performance of their missions and other joint forces operations. The 192nd Fighter Wing's Raptor provides both air-to-air and air-to-ground missions allowing full realization of operational concepts vital in the 21st century. The federal mission of the 192nd Fighter Wing is to maintain the highest possible degree of combat readiness so as to be an effective combat unit to the U.S. Air Force upon mobilization.
