Details

Strike Fighter Squadron 97 (VFA-97), also known as the "Warhawks", are a United States Navy F/A-18C fighter squadron stationed at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The first Navy F/A-18 squadron to be expeditionary land-based, the "Warhawks" deployed to MCAS Iwakuni, Japan as part of USN/USMC TACAIR Integration. In 2008, they transitioned back to Carrier-based operations with Carrier Air Wing ELEVEN with the tail code of "NH". Their radio callsign is Warhawk.

The McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) F/A-18 Hornet is a twin-engine supersonic, all-weather carrier-capable multirole fighter jet, designed to dogfight and attack ground targets (F/A for Fighter/Attack). Designed by McDonnell Douglas and Northrop, the F/A-18 was derived from the latter's YF-17 in the 1970s for use by the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

We can replicate the exact tail flash of any F/A-18A-D Hornet squadron. Each includes any tail / bureau number and 3 lines of text. Choose "Your Squadron" for any squadron not shown below.
